إن الأسلوب الجيد الناجح في فن التعامل مع المرضى هو من أهم القواعد والأساسيات التي يجب أن يتمتع ويتعامل بها كل فرد له علاقة مباشرة مع المريض مثل الأطباء والتمريض وموظفي الخدمات العامة وكلما كان الأسلوب جيد ا ومقنع ا زاد ذلك في رضى المريض عن المكان الذي يتداوى فيه أن الأسلوب الرائع يعمل على زيادة رضى المريض وهذا بدوره يعمل على زيادة نموالمؤسسة ورفع الواردات وزيادة عدد المرضى داخل المستشفى، إن التعامل الجيد مع المريض يعمل على راحته النفسية وبذلك السرعة في تعجيل شفائه وهذا من أهم الأمور المهمة في الحياة لأنه بدون أسلوب وفن في التعامل لا يتم حل أي من المشاكل وبالتالي زيادة العبء النفسي وتدهور حالة المريض.
